Ok, right now i am getting annoyed. But who i am getting annoyed with is uncertain. PlusNet have upgraded me to a so called "2MB" connection. Even when i connect onto the internet, it shows as a 2mb connection. On the first day, it was fine, 2mb speeds, great. The next day trouble, as the speeds dropped by over a half. A few weeks later, to my current day, PlusNet have advised me to do many speed checks, and i have, which all returned to around 1mb or less. After that, they said that it was BT's fault, and not theirs, so i booked an appointment with a BT engineer to come round to my house and to check what the problem was. Now, the funny thing is, the BT engineer said there was no fault on the line with no problems or loss of sync. So, now i dont know where to go as PlusNet are not answering my tickets and no information has been given to me about my current situation. Come on PlusNet, what's happenening?
