Have you read through the following tutorials:

ADSL: Wiring and Filters

ADSL: Trouble Shooting

Packet loss is very high. If tghe above does not solve it you need to raise a contact us ticket for this one and get PlusNet to investigate.

Many thanks - was able to fix it - by mistake I had a normal phone connected without a splitter. PK
