Should we mail the boss and complain?

Just wondering, i have the BOSS of PlusNet's mail addy.

Found it on another forum as someone had been searching hard for it.
Managing Director and Technical Director od PlusNet.
If i post it, will everyone get writing?
or will i end up in toruble?.

I'd hate to think we are left here another night with no internet access or even until Monday morning. afterall Bob did promise PlusNet would be THE BEST ISP ever and fix all this right?.

Why so are we stuck to the portal then?

Yo Jason,

I dont seem to have any internet problems in terms of accessing sites. I am using plus nets alternative DNS. This prolly the reason. Let me know if you guys still have internet site access, then I will post the DNS.

If you have a set of DNS that works, thenyes i'd love to have them please.

Im using 212.159.11.150 / 212.159.13.150
at moment.

I've tried a few DNS changes, it made no difference, still stuck in the portal.

1. If you have his address I wouldn't mind having a go.

2. If there are some alternative DNS addresses I wouldn't mind trying them too.

I will give them a go, and reply back in a min.

Ok if you wish to write to:

Managing Director and the Technical Director of PlusNet (Their email addresses are notoriously difficult to get hold of, but for the record they are lstraffo@plus.net.uk and awyse@plus.net.uk) as posted on the PlusNet General forum last week by a customer.

Write a short mail, im going to.

It's just the same this end with the new DNS you gave me.
very very veeeery slow!

50 secs to respond.
and most sites dont open, get timed out
and i get the blank "couldnt find" page.
