Shockingly poor connection and service

Well Its now day 4 or 5 of constant disconnects and poor latency/ping averaging between 300 - 500 infact this morning i had no connection at all for a period of time. Anyways ticket no 3 which im sure will obviously be ignored as usuall anyways as you all know you have to wade through the self test rubbish which I did and 2 hours later I get this responce..

Broadband Fault Checker - Connection checks [ Completed ]

Dear ****** ***

The results of our tests show no fault with your broadband connection. Completed speed tests show that your connection speed is: none found

According to BT, this speed is within the limits of acceptable performance for broadband service.

That is a failed test.
I got one like that when my router was switched off.

I suggest that you send the ticket back with an explanation that having no connection and no speed is not proof that you have no problem.

ok had the same problem
you have to do the bt speed test.
details on the fault checker bit.
mine was running ar 248k
