I’m one of many who have suffered with dreadful download speed during the evening this week. On my ticket (21206904 ) it’s been confirm that this is an issue with the LLU provider and effecting other plus.net customers too. My question is why isn’t this on the service status page?
I’m in two minds about complaining about this actually, I feel as a customer let down that the service status page is inaccurate and takes too long to be updated. Yet their online enquires is normally fantastic and much better than other online companies. I guess that’s the principal reason I’m sticking with them compared to the “free” broadband providers.
