Service Status: Connectivity Update

Dear Customers,

Connectivity to the Sheffield POP has now been fully restored. The cause of the incident was a hardware failure on one of our Cisco routers at our Sheffield site. We have now stabilised the platform and are currently in the process of increasing the redundancy of this link.

Our engineers are closely monitoring the situation throughout the evening, and we will post a final update later tonight when we are satisfied that the incident can be closed.
