Service Status: ADSL Connectivity

Dear Customer,

We are currently investigating a problem with ADSL connectivity. Customers should be able to connect successfully but you may notice a slowdown in browsing speeds and downloading. We are liaising with BT to determine the cause of the problem and we will provide further updates as soon as we have additional information.

Hi Plus-net

Only one problem here i had to re connect (but really that aint no problem)

Speeds are ok For Lancashire(Blackpool FY4 Area)
if this helps>

Which means you can download at 62.15 KB/sec. from our servers.

i only get the HTTP web page freeze sometimes maybe this is DNS or whatever

Can't t present logon at all. Get Unknown username or password.

Same problem here, unable to logon. It through me off about 11:00 and now cannot get back on. Tried shutting down PC for 20 mins, but still no good Sad

Back on now. Thing is I phoned them up and I was told that they had a problem with one of their adsl pipes if I was experiencing problems with connecting I was told told to disconnect and wait for 10 minutes then try to connect again. How could I dissconnect if I wasn't connected. Oh the stress!!!!

Thanks for the feedback, the problem may have caused some customers to have been disconnected initially but would not have prevented you reconnecting. If you are continuing to experience problems establishing a connection please inform Support via Contact Us or by calling 0845 1400200.
