Does anyone agree with me that Plusnet are to hung up on statistics and not results.

The statistics look good, but are plusnet to hung up on keeping the statistics down rather than resolving the issues.

From my own experience tickets are answered very quickly but I feel as though I am getting fobbed off - and are answered by a different person nearly every time - surely it would be better to assign one support person to get the issue resolved.

Any comments ?
