Why has my router apparently been sent to an address we moved our ADSL from over a year ago We have contacted the people that live there and they have received no hardware, nor any non-delivery cards from the courier. Why would you send the ADSL to one house and the kit used to connect to it to another? Seems to make absolutely no sense to me...
I've just had a look at your account and there has been no hardware sent out recently.
The last piece of hardware was the modem we supplied you with over 12 months ago.
If you want to receive the router with your BBYW package then you need to raise a ticket requesting it and agree to the £5.99 delivery charge and the deferred cost of the router should you cancel within 12 months.
