Router Desyncing

Ok so I have been having this problem for a good week now, and its beginning to drive me up the wall, as a rather frequent gamer I spend a lot of time online, but just recently it has been near impossible to play anything. Get a full round of Battlefield 2 or Call of duty 2? Not likely. Spend time with my alliance on Eve Online? You must be joking. Teamspeak and xfire work at any time other than 3 in the morning? You're having a laugh. I've asked for a ticket to be escalated to BT the middle of last week and haven't heard anything back yet, and quite frankly i'm starting to get really pissed off with this, when i have router logs like this:

Router Desyncing

What firmware version are you running? That latest is 3.01.31.

Have you tried disconnecting the router from the phone line for one hour to allow the connection to be reset at the exchange?

DO you hear any noise on the voice side?

Do you have any phones that are not connected via an ADSL filter?

Can you try the connection in your Master socket and then in the test socket behind the lower user removable cover on the master socket. The text socket will eliminate any internal wiring issues.

I've tried disconnecting it overnight, I've tried rebooting, I've tried everything short of hitting it with a hammer!

I've done it this time, last time, and every single other time I've had a problem with PN over the last 2 years, I've raised the fault through the fault checker too, which gives you exactly the same instructions. The long and short of it is, something is wrong and PN have told me its not them, they're raising it through BT and have said nothing for 4 days, meanwhile my internet becomes unusable for everything but surfing at random times throughout the day and is getting worse. I wouldn't mind being updated on what BT are doing as much as that is to ask

And yes, I know its Sunday but it'd be nice if I could use my internet when i was actually at home rather than during the week while I'm working, or during the night while I'm asleep

Hi,

BT haven't been able to find a fault so I've sent it back to them, it's likely they'll want to arrange an engineer visit, we'll be in touch if they do.
