Receive mail from my Plus Net POP3 to my hosted domain?

:?: I have registered and am hosting a domain with Plus Net. I have also setup an exchange box on my LAN for SMTP mail delivery to my registered domain. However I still have people emailing me via my standard POP3 account (@ballistik.plus.com). I need to pick mails up from this domain also...so do I simply add another MX record for mail bound for @ballistik.plus.com to go to my fixed IP/exchange server?

I know that you can add a simple re-direct for mails bound for one domain to be relayed onto another of your choosing. But I figured setting up an MX record would be the 'proper' way to do it ;-)

cheers

For domains, you setup MX forwards in the DNS settings for the domain.

For you username.plus.com addresses, you click on "Email settings" to the left, then "Configure Mailboxes".

Scroll towards the base of the content section, and click the SMTP link image.

.. why not just use the POP connector in your Exchange svr to pick stuff up?
