Dunno if this helps. Anyway I had to reboot the adsl router just now. The connection had been lost sometime earlier today.

Exactly the same thing is happening here Sad

It works fine - then 2-3 min freeze - then works fine again. Sad Glad to see the speeds are sorted out (for me anyway) but this freezing is no good for gaming Sad

I'm reporting yet another 2-3min complete outtage at around 16:10 pm.

Doing some research and BOOM, it stops and ***** myself for the 2-3mins it's not working. :mad:

I have DU meter running all the time, and i notice straight away when all bandwidth gets cut off! No acknowledgement of a problem (however minor it is)on the status page! :mad:

After near 2 days:

Dear Customer,

I have checked your account and all seems ok. Have you tried switching off all your equipment and leaving it off for at least twenty minutes? This should clear your problem.
