Problem!!

I have recently upgrapded my account from option1 to option 2, i ve paid the regrade fee, i then paid 14 99 for the payment, and i am supposed 2 get 8 gb usage. Ive used 1 gb and it says ive gone over my limit. the speed is now 128kps, ive paid for a service that i don't even receive, i am new 2 plusnet and i am not a very happy customer at all
