Problem with account

It says there is a problem with taking the first payment, the details have been checked and are correct, any ideas on how to resolve this?

Sounds like the Direct Debit hasn't been set up right somewhere along the way.

You might want to take a chance and call their customer support dept on 0845 140 0200 - Yes I know it's a pain but to talk to a human in this case might be a little easier than trying to raise a ticket.

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than me will have another option for you to try though!
