Pre-Pay ADSL Usage

If I pre-pay extra GB for the month and they don't get used up, will they be carried over to the next month?

Pre-Pay ADSL Usage

No.

Several people have asked if PlusNet could do this and that ws the answer

This is not just PlusNet, several other ISPs have the same policy.

jeez if I had known that then I wouldn't have overpaid  By the way when exactly does a new month start for plusnets billing, because I lost out on 2GB that was pre-payed!

Depends on exactly when in the month your contract originally started, so everyone will be different. Check your bandwidth usage page, which will show what days of the month your billing period starts and ends.

The top of the view my usage states what your billing period is.

If you never use more than a certain amount say 2GB but sometimes go over it, just pre-pay for that amount then pay extra whenever you go over. The difference is only 25p per gigabyte anyway.
