Dear Customer,

We are pleased to announce that service has been restored to ADSL
connectivity. If you are still experiencing problems with ADSL connectivity,
we would strongly suggest that a full power cycle of your PC or hardware has
been carried out before calling our helpline.

To summarise the state of play with our work that we have carried out, we
are happy to report that all installation requirements have been met and the
scheduled maintenance has been carried out and completed. This will greatly
improve DSL connectivity on all the realms that we support and we would like
to express our thanks to our customer base that has provided us with
feedback and patience while the work was completed.

Due to today's prolonged outage, we have experienced a heavy influx of
support requests via our Contact Us system. We will endeavour to clear these
as quickly as possible.

yes thats 7 hours oout of date

and its not true server has not been restored its infact the worst ive ever seen.
