Port Redirection - solwise sar110

Hi

Hope somebody can help me.

I am trying to setup a port redirection from my static ip to a webserver on my network I have followed instructions on here and on the solwise forum but when I try and connect to my static ip all I get is the login screen for the router instead of it being redirected to the server.

I have tried setting it to redirect port 80 and all ports to the internal ip of the server. I know the server is working correctly as when I try to connect to it using the internal ip it works.

Help Please

Chris

Hi,

Not sure if you've tried this already, but here is a site explaining how to do exactly this.

hi, you need to change your routers http interface port. do this via "Admin" -> "Port Settings" -> "HTTP Port". This should work

You also need to prevent people accessing it from the outside work.

Move admin ports for FTP, TELNET and HTTP to one of the acceptable higher-range numbers.

Set up rules to prevent connections on these ports from the ppp0 interface.

Change your router's admin username and password.
