I have been waiting 3 weeks to be connected. Can't speak to anyone - just want to know what is happening. Will someone phone me!!! Cry I have updated my payment details as requested over a week ago but still nothing. Where are the regular email updatesHuh :x

Exactly my experience - no emails, nothing. I have written a letter to the Head Office addess in Sheffield hoping to get some reaction or information. Otherwise it is probably a cse of finding another provider.

Poor Customer Service

The best thing to do is cancel your PlusNet account. I have been trying to contact them for 4 weeks, but to no avail. Even cancelling your contract is difficult. I have left several messages on the help assistant asking to cancel my contract but these have been deleted. I then sent a letter by recorded delivery 3 weeks ago but no reply. PlusNet are completely hopeless and will probably not be around for very much longer!
