Ive reported a fault where as my connection drops out every 5 mins or so.. it has done this for the duration of 7months, when you say you get line busy when trying to call me do you think to check that i may be listening to you breathing on the other end.. 3 times you called in the last 30 mins and never spoke.

Ive replied to your email saying basikly get off the phone.. ..

anyway not putting up with much longer.. either problem solved.. or loose my custom.. i keep getting farwarded to every department you have...

@carlkershaw when your connection drops do you lose sync (does the ADSL / Link light on your equipment start flashing)

Its as it ive just plugged the modem in and its waiting to connect again..

If you are losing sync then it's a BT problem, not PlusNet , as PlusNet don't control the connection between you and the exchange.
