Broadband freezing? Post Reply
I seem to keep on experiencing every time i am onlime or logged on a freeze by my computer, the modem just stops working for about 10 seconds and then starts again as normal, this is really anoying some help please!

Hi,

If it's a USB modem try unplugging any other USB devices you may have connected as the modem may be having problems drawing enough power. Also ensure your modem drivers are fully up to date. I'd so those are the best things to check first, please let us know if you continue to experience problems.
