We after loads of complaining about my first hop always being 30ms+ since I was regraded from £65 home worker to £39.99 home 2mb.It looks like BT have just upgrade my exchange because now I can get what I had before, a 15ms hop to +net . I always knew that 30 ms was not right but was told that this is normal. phaffff
Much happier now
Mick
(apart from the odd spike)

39.99 home 2mb ? why are u paying that amount. it should be 21.99 at most unless you opted for a 20:1 BT contention, which i thought would be 29.99 at most.

Plusnet never notified existing users of the new packages. So unless the check themselves, they could still be paying a premium.

You can request a one-off, free downgrade to £21.99 2Mb.
