PLUSNET HELP! Customer incorrectly profiled.

Dear PlusNet,

Over the last few weeks I have had the usual LLU problem with disconnections that so many of your customers are having.

In parallel, over the last 10 days I have been unable to establish a decent IPSec VPN to my company because you seem to be blocking my encrypted traffic. Nobddy seems to be reacting to this because the ticket that I opened is about LLU.

Exaclty the same problem jasanz, below are my speeds and the ticket I sent to support:

I did some speed checking using the tool from your website and using my laptop while the VPN tunnel was up:

17-09-2006 12:16:59 32

56 and 32!!! Therefore, please check with your engineers whats going on
