Once again speed is the problem

Exactly the same happened to me the other night, notice the BT Test, that indicates top speed. This lasted for about 30 mins tonight before returning to full speed again, the other night it lasted from 4pm til 11pm before speed returned.

Once again speed is the problem

Yes, same problem here. After 6pm it goes awefully slow. I am on 2mb bb+ and normally my gaming pings are 12-25. But now they are about 80-200 and spike up to 1000. Sad This is on all servers.
