Now that youve sorted out the masses PLEASE sort my ticket t

I have only been activated for 16 days and so far have not had a single day with out a fault. Fair enough the symptoms were compounded by the recent upgrades and router problems but now it time I got a proper response. I have at least 2 more prospective plus net subscribers waiting for me to recommend they actually place the order. At the present time you can guess what I will say.

Rob seems to be the only guy who has actually bothered to read the problems and reply, now I have done what he asked how much longer will I have to wait before someone actions this replyHuh
