No product regrade and billing was on 4th

I have yet to have many new account come into force with the new usage limits/ free plusnet minutes and new usage layout....

i was told orginally it would happen on the 7th. as they would so peoples whos bililng was on 3th wait couple days and then on 7th do peoples billing who was on the 4th 5 th and 6th and 7th.

then i put in a ticket saying it would be a couple days. its been two weeks.

can anyone explain this.

My billing 5th. Nothing has happened. Does it matter? Seems par for the course! So expected. :lol:

its a shame as everyone i have referred to plusnet has now had they account changed but not me Sad

ok i like the 30gb peak limit but the 10gb peak is only small squeeze as my last three months have been

10.87GB
9.71GB
10.29GB

but i would like to have my plustalk minutes and view of my usage break down as some times i wont do anything online and still knock up a far bit of usage
