Customer Support is taking a long time to get back to with this one. I have recently moved house and when trying to submit my card details for the £5.88 payment I have been told I need a credit card. I dont own a credit card and I couldnt have done when I joined Plus Net as my old Switch card is currently listed.
I am paying £21.99 for a service I am unable to access and cant get through on the phones. Anyone know what I can do? My new telephone line has been activated and BT have given me a simulataneous provider reference number as apparantly Plus Net are part of the 'scheme'. No point submitting my details though if they are going to try and charge an old Switch card (that was lost) ans since replaced.
