Is there anyone in this forum who can escalate my current ticket, no 19879826 please? I have had no internet connection at all for nearly a week now. The problem has been ongoing since the 20th July. I would like the change made to the SNR on my line reversing, as my connection was working ok for 2-3 days before the change was made.
Hopefully one of the comms team will pick this up for you but you could send a PM to one of them that you see as being on the forums at the same time as you are.
This way they are certain to notice it.
