No broadband since Friday evening.

I've had no broadband since Friday evening and it's still not sorted; just wondering if anyone else is experiencing any problems in the Halstead, Essex area?

I'm stuck on a temporary dial-up pony 56k connection.

Yes, thanks. I rang up on the Friday evening, it's been ongoing since. I just wondered if it was perhaps a regional thing. So maybe there is a problem at the local exchange.

My router is connecting but there appears to be a problem authenticating. I have also tried both test login's that I was sent but neither of those are working either.

I've ran a diagnostic test on my router and the results are this:

Broadband loss

Your are lucky I've been without my Broadband for 8 days now and still nothing is happening. On average It's taking in excess of 11 hours to get a response for my questions. The help and support service is poor to say the least. I'm desperate but don't know who to turn to. My location is Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Good luck with your problem. :x
