Thanks, I can see it was not an isolated incident. Somewhow I only got the reply notification now. Anyway, outages are annoying, they seem to happen at night, which is doubly annoying for me as I work at night. It's triply annoying when there is nothing on the status page. Outages used to happen more often when I first joined earlier this year, and this is the first one in the last 3/4 months, so not bad really, considering that it's a BT problem. But yes, there should be some kind of automatic notification system in place on the Status page, so we now it's not our cables/equipment. Now, waiting for the planned completion improvements on the Binaries.
