New broadband dropping

I started my new broadband using Voyager 210 and ethernet. The problem is it keeps dropping after between 10 secs and a minute. It looks like there is a problem with the PPP connection or something. Once it has dropped I cannot connect again until I swith my router off and on again. The light goes out when the connection drops. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

When the connection drops does the ADSL light start flashing? There's a number of reasons for a dropping connection and it's easier to see what the cause is from the status of the light.

I'd suggest first having a read through this:

and see if anything helps. And if not raise it via the fault checker on the left under Connection Settings or give the support guys a call (numbers at the bottom of the page) and we can run some remote testing.
