Netgear admitted that the DM602 router was fauty

I spoke to netgear regards line dropping out on my DM^)" netgear router.
The engineer told me that this was a known fault, the item had been removed from sale and replaced with a DM632. He said if I gave him the serial number of the old router he would swap the router for a new model one.

How's about that ladies and gentlemen,

Its always nice for a company to admit that their product / service was a fault rather than trying to "blag" you.
