Hi there,
I've set up an account with you but I've had an e-mail saying that although you've managed to take the initial payment of £15.98 the order for our broadband has been cancelled - could you tell me what's going on please? If you have credited my card with £15.98 and the order has been cancelled you should reimburse my card?

We were unable to take the payment so the order has been stalled. If you can update the details and let either myself or our support team know we'll be able to get this sorted for you.
