Additional Information: As discussed with someone on the phone I have been unable to complete the speed test as it just seems to time out.The numbers inputted are dummies. I had to manually run \"tracert\" from the dos prompt so have been unable to give uou traceroute packet size etc...

there have been some connection problems today, see service status
try rebooting everything inc router or modem and see if it does the trick
sometimes thats all it takes

I wish it was just as simple as that but it appears to be more of a problem unfortunately.
I've sent a ticket to tech support..
