Moving house

Hi there

Im in the process of moving house and want to take my broadband with me. Im only moving down the road so am 99% sure that im in an adsl area but what is the procedure with moving my connection and how much does it cost?? I have the ADSL No Line Connection package (£29.9Cool if that helps

I would speak to support directly but at a guess u would have to forfill your current contact and then pay an extra £58.75 to move the line most of the fees are up to BT if you are moving your number too.

you will have to pay for reconncetion, as i dont think plusnet can afford to pick up the tab.

Uh ho - we moved to the top of our road recently and it took plusnet & BT a whole month to get us switched on at the new address! Sad
Hope it is quicker and easier process for you!

If you haven't had 12 months on that package at your current address then you haven't technically covered the activation cost and would be charged a percentage of the activation fee.
