Moving house

Had a look through the FAQ's, but couldn't see the procedure for moving my ADSL account to a new address.

I realise I'll have to pay another activation fee though.

I'm on the monthly contract at the moment, so does that mean I'll have to pay the monthly activation fee as opposed to the yearly oneHuh

I reality, by BT, you will be treated, as if, you are a new ADSL subscriber. As such, Plus.Net has no way to move your connection over.

However, if you call support. You can have your account downgraded to pay-as-you-go, and then use the upgrade interface ont he web-site, when the time comes.
