Moved house, plusnet didn't activate, didn't let me know..

I now wish to cancel, agree there is a fee to pay but have been left in limbo for nearly two weeks whilst plusnet still take my payments and I have no bb. If anyone from plusnet is reading this, contact me please so that I can pay you and leave. I have left comments on my open questions and have no replies in al,ost a week. The only comment was I need to pay.

What else should I do?
