I signed upto migrate from claranet on Wednesday ( 11th )

Claranet informed me that my next monthly payment was due with them on the 18th, however with me migrating they will freeze any more payments but at the same time my ability to connect with them will also freeze.

Im just wondering how will i know when my migration is due to be done if i dont have a service to access the net , should i just hope all is complete by then if not would it be a case of just changing my username and password and keep attempting to connect to plusnet?

Hi,

If you go to Contact Us you'll see a ticket on the account to the migrations team. As soon as the migration is placed we'll update this ticket and note the date the migration will complete.
