Midband ??

I live beyond the reach of ADSL and this is likely to remain the position for some time to come. I've heard about a BT service called mid-band which appears to be a fixed price liimited acess ISDN/Home Highway product.

Does anybody know if I could use this to access my plusnet account, webspace, e-mail etc?

The midband product is Bt's own service, provided and charge completely by themselves.

This charge is for the lines, and for a set monthly amount of hours (when bonding the connection, you use double time).

You will be able to access all aspects of your +net account, however, the connection will not be through +net.

You will be able to make a standard connection through +net if you so wish, but this will be billed as local rate calls.
