Loggin fault calls on line

Hi,

Just had a problem with my profile that was quickly sorted out over the phone. My speed is now back to normal after being stuck at 1Mb

I tried to log the fault on line and found it impossible to use your website to log the fault. Could you make it clearer to use as I could not work out how to do it. Everytime I tried it said my exchange was red and closed the call automatically. Not sure what I was doing wrong !!!!!

Thanks.

Loggin fault calls on line

Hi,

I think you were doing it right, just hitting a limitation in the system. When you report a speed fault the fault checker will check your exchange status to see if there are any known problems and if it finds that the exchange is red it will stop the checks.

I believe it's being spec'd in the next phase of the fault checker to make this different so that if you are reporting a profile problem or a sync speed problem it will allow you to continue.

The best thing at the moment is as you did to contact the support team over the phone (or raise a seperate ticket).
