Line keeps losing sync

Hi Guys and Gals!!

I have a question to toss out to you all to try and answer for me,
I am rather new to Plusnet and have gone for the 2mb Premier package with the free usb Voyager 105 modem.

Now my problem is, in the beginning all was great, but as of recently the line keeps losing sync and disconnects, which is a problem as it always seems to happen when i am busy with work or playing games online

any clues on what can i do to stop this or even just minimize the amount of times it happens

ADSL SYNC

Turn off the plus.net anti virus and spam filtering.... It worked for me.

Click on services, you'll find it in there.

Line keeps losing sync

Hi there,

The Plus Net AV and spam protection runs on their servers and will have no bearing on your ability to connect.

Turning it off must have been a coincidence.
