Line activation date

Have people found that their line activation date is a reliable indicator or not?

Haven't had internet access for a while and hoping I'll get broadband connection today.

Normally I'd expect your line to be activated on a weekday.

As far as I'm aware there haven't been any complaints about inaccurate activiation dates- so you probably will have to wait another couple of days.

As lestones said, activations normally happen during the week.

BT cocked up my simultaneous re-provide and it's meant over 10 days offline. It'll be the 24th before I'm up and running (at least that what today says...)

A few issues in the end (none of them Plusnet), in summary:
A fault at BT was corrected on Sunday;
Replaced a splitter;
Tried a friends modem which worked;
Got a new modem router;
Got a firmware update;
Got online on Friday Smiley
