I have been on a 1Mbs connection with plus for 20 months prior to LLU. I even paid them to upgrade to 1K from my old BT 512K. After LLU I had problems with frequent disconnections as per other folk. I have just received this response:
"Our LLU has completed its investigation and has made alterations to your line profile settings. There are no faults present on the line and this would indicate that the issue you were experiencing has been resolved. Please re-test your equipment and do not hesitate to contact us should any issues persist."
My equipment has never changed, my line is still the same and on checking I find that they have reduced my speed down to 573Kbs ie almost half what it was prior to LLU. What is this company coming too. I think the time for change approaches.
