Here's what the problem ticket says (Problem ID: 4807341):
"Thank you for choosing PlusNet as your broadband ADSL provider. Our
initial checks for ADSL activation returned the following information
about your line:
For details on how this affects your broadband ADSL account - speak to..."
Yes... exactly that. The following information, which doesn't exist. I don't mind being told that the ADSL activation has failed, but when there's no reason, I get a little bit suspicious.
Could anyone at tech support sort this out or anyone offer some information about this?
