I just signed up email help please

Hi i was told that there will be an email sent to me telling me when i can use plusnet but i was given:

postmaster@username.plus.net

Where the username bit was my username.

I treid by putting this in the mailbox sign in and put my password in but it said it was invalid so how can i access my email please?

You login to the portal and webmail using the same login name which is just the username part and your password.

Did you specify a different email address when you signed up. If so they will send the connected email to that address.

Failing that ring support (number at the bottom of the page) or raise a ticket (click on help then contact us then new query) and explain you are waiting for activation and you can't login to webmail.

Could i just check on the ADSL check service and when it finishes setting up my connection cant i just sign in because i looked through the set up files on this website. Do i actually need to read the email?
