How to make sure your customers are really happy !

Easy really.
1) Provide a flaky adsl max connection that drops without warning
2) Make sure that the fault reporting process is long and convoluted - in the hope that customers who have current faults get bored before completing it

and
finally
just to add the 'icing' on the cake...

after filling out the annoyingly 'noddy' questions

take them to a webpage which says

We were unable to complete your requested action. This may be the result of a temporary fault.
Please try again in a few minutes.


So even the fault reporting software is faulty.

And, just as suddenly, (3.5 hours later) it all starts working again......

.....good stuff this technology

Have you tried connecting to the BT test facility? Sometimes the problems aren't always down to Plunet. I had random disconnects last week, turned out to be BT working in a strret around the corner from me that was the cause of the fault. Smiley

Didn't know about the BT Test Facility - do you have a link for that please ??

It wasn't so much the line that was dead - it was just the adsl couldn't sync
