How do I get my BRAS updated

How do I get my BRAS profile updated?
Having experienced poor sync connections, I have moved my router to the main BT socket and the line seems stable so far.

Modem Syncs at around 4700 Kbps, but speed test only around 1/10th of this (470k)

[internal] line synchign at 4672 k - bras profile not updated - set at 576. Line loss suggests better is possible. To goto BT to reset.

+net will need to raise a request to BT for this. raise a service ticket

ooops - spoke too soon....

....got home @ 5:30 pm & the sync light was flashing merrily Evil .

Eventually got a connection, but now the downstream data rate is showing as only 1152 Kbps (it's always been > 4500 K even though my download rate never goes above 450K)

Noise & Attenuation look fine - noise down to 4dB now I'm connected to master socket.

How do I get my BRAS updated

+net will need to raise it to BT for you.

Which will result in interleaving being turned on if its not already

Raise a service ticket on the portal.
