House move broadband help required

I have tried the online help question. Still awaiting a reply over 4 days later.

Tried both phone help lines. Cheaper one just took me round & round their iritating menu system. Premium line message says service is closed :shock: .


I am looking to do a house move and have been given a code from BT, but there does not seem any way to inform Plusnet of this code Huh

Any help on either matter would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know which of the two routes outlined in that article is the one that Plus.net prefers? Should I call:

1. First BT, then the ISP
or
2. First the ISP, then BT

I don't want to spend hours on hold tp Plus.net tomorrow just to have them tell me that I should have called BT first!
