House Move, No Help From Plusnet

Usual story, I have moved house, I informed Plusnet about the move in plenty of time to get the service moved over. It was supposed to have been moved yesterday.

I have an open ticket that has not been replied to, it feels like I am banging my head against a brick wall, I need the connection to work from home.

Any mods that can look into it or speed it up for me at all please?

The mods can't really look into it - they are just like you and I - (extra)ordinary customers, who generously give up their time to keep these forums a nice place to be Wink

Its often worth adding the ticket number which relates to the problem though, it makes it easier for the Comms guys at PN to find the ticket if they can start with the no.
