Hello Dont know if anyone can help. I have applied for broadband plus with plusnet and I see that it has been halted due to to a postode error. Is there a telephone number that doesnt take hours to get through as i seem to get no repsonse on the Help assistant and ive tried raising a fresh question but i cant seem to find that button is it hidden.
Please someone help. All I want is broadband......
Continue with the 'help' assistant until you get the chance to pose your question. Yes it's a proper pain, it's the result of customer service improvements apparently.
No there is no telephone number that will help as there are not enough customer support agents to answer the high volume of complaints since the introduction of Maxdsl, LLU and Internet phone and now the new landline deal.
