We must have been part of the upgrade from 2Mb to 8Mb around 21-May. I know our fault has been classified as an LLU problem, but can someone please, please, please contact Tiscali & get an eta on when they are going to sort us out. There are 4 of us reliant on the BB connection, and one person who is job hunting & being forced to spend £7 a day in an internet cafe!
Out of desperation we asked for a MAC code to transfer providers, and were told that to get this we needed to pay £47 and our bill to the 30-June. Have done this and now have been told we cant get a MAC code!
We just want our internet connection back. 2Mb was fine, 8Mb would be fine. Anything... please!!!
